Resistance Platform System

The Resistance Platform System comes with a resistance platform, a resistance bar, a bar pad, and 4 x PTP PowerTube Elite minis (2 x light & 2 x medium levels), which allows you to perform exercises like Squats, lunges, deadlifts, Bicep curls, Shoulder press, Bent over rows, Good mornings, etc. in the convenience of your own home.

Compatible with the PTP PowerTube Elite Mini series, you can increase or decrease the resistance level by adding or removing an additional tube (s).
