it's a shotput. what more can I say, except that Nordic were fantastically helpful giving rapid and useful responses to questions, and got it to me in very little time for very little cost. I would certainly recommend the, - indeed I have already done so.

My partner and I love your shots. My 94 year old partner ( NZ and Oceania Champion ) has small hands so loves your 3 k 85 cm shot., smaller than the 90cm one used in NZ.We cannot get these in NZ. I am 78 ( NZ champion and record holder) and use the 2 k shot which I find a little too small, so I love your 85 cm shot which is better for my hand than the smaller one used in NZ. This is also not available in NZ. We are both competing in the NZ North Island Championships this weekend…using your shots!! You may get more orders after others see and use them too. NB We used these shots in Tonga in October at the Oceania cup meet…both won our age categories ( mine was an NZ record) and ordered after this having loved your shots!!

I throw the 400gm Javelin in competition so the 200gm ball is a good training aid. The smaller 80gm one isn’t suitable. Hope to swap it for another 200 gm ball when next in Queensland. Vince Basile
